Love your Beets Smoothie

This is one of my favorite go to smoothie in the winter season. It helps support liver function, fight off colds, increases energy and keeps the cravings at bay.           


  • 1 medium sized beet (cooked)  

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 1 apple cored

  • 1/4 piece fresh ginger

  • 8 oz of water


  • Roughly chop beet, apple, and celery.

  • Raw beets may be used instead of cooked- in that case grate the beets

  • Add all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  • Serve immediately.
